Molly Adams, PhD, BCBA, LBA is the Director of Clinical Operations at Behavioral Innovations. Molly
completed her undergraduate at Mississippi State University with a degree in Educational Psychology.
She then completed her doctorate in School Psychology from Mississippi State University. Molly
completed her Internship and Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Kennedy Krieger/Johns Hopkins School of
Medicine, where she focused on working with individuals with developmental disabilities who
demonstrated severe behaviors and worked directly with parents and families and provided
consultation. Molly has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2013. Molly’s current role
